This parody depicts Ted Truitt--the self described "Greatest Real Estate Salesman the World has Ever Known" who coaches real estate agents to make more money by using shady business practices. In a very humorous way, his "Whatever-it-Takes" approach highlights the need for real estate agents to be held to a higher standard of integrity and ethics.
