Ulster County Real Estate Sales & Prices Fall In January
Statistics from January 2008 show that both the median price and the volume of home sales in Ulster County dropped when compared to January 2007. The median price was down slightly to $233,300, a 3.2% drop. However the sales volume data revealed a significant drop in the number of homes sold in Ulster County. In January of this year, 68 homes were sold, which is 37% below the sales volume figures of January 2007.
