Decline in Ulster County Homes Sold in April
Statistics again revealed that the Ulster County Real Estate market is not as robust as it was last year. The number of homes sold in Ulster County during April 2008 decreased 38.5% from April of 2007. 72 homes were sold in April of this year. The median price for April 2008 was $248, 950, only a 1.4% decrease from last year. So while the sales volume is down, sales prices haven't decreased in a similar manner.
