Ulster County Real Estate sales volume and median price down
Ulster County February 2008 home sales data revealed a decrease in number of homes sold and a reduction in the median price, when compared to February 2007. Ten fewer homes were sold in February of this year compared to the same month last year. The median Ulster County sold price dropped 6.7% to $225,000.
