Complimentary Home Warranty for Our Buyers and Sellers
As a token of appreciation for selecting us to represent you in a real estate transaction, we will provide buyers with a complementary home warranty (approximately a $379 value) on the home that they purchase. Buyers must sign an exclusive buyer representation contract with our agency and complete a purchase of a home using High Ground Realty, LLC during the exclusive representation period to be eligible. In addition, co-operating compensation must be offered from the listing broker to High Ground Realty, LLC, acting as a buyer’s agent in the transaction. The policy is granted at the closing of the purchase transaction.
We also provide sellers the advantage of offering a complimentary home warranty to the purchaser of their home. The seller must sign and exclusive right-to-sell agreement with High Ground Realty, LLC and complete the sale of their home to a buyer during the exclusive right-to-sell period of the contract in order to be eligible for the offer. The policy is granted to the buyer of the home at the closing of the purchase transaction. The warranty policy can cover the seller during the listing period also.
